3-5 posts per week for maximum reach. Consistency beats volume. Best times: Tuesday-Thursday, 8-10am and 12-2pm. Always respond to every comment in the first hour — this signals quality to the algorithm.
Never put links in posts (LinkedIn penalises this). Instead: mention in the post that you will share the resource in the comments, or ask people to DM you. Follow up with engaged profiles proactively.
